If you are looking to provide documentation to illustrate a name change, DL# change or hunter certification requirements, log into your Connecticut Conservation ID account, Click the “Request Update to Profile” Button to get started. If using a mobile phone, you can submit a request by clicking on your profile (upper left) and then choosing the “My Request List” option.
